LAKE EFFECT SNOW HEADED FOR SOME OF NY STATE

The NWS out of BUFFALO NY has issued a "LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING" for the following area in New York State LEWIS COUNTY snow fall totals could reach 6-12" in some areas of Lewis County starting tonight lasting thru Thursday Night.

The biggest factor with this Lake Effect Event is going to be both temps on land and the lake water temps. The photos below show you the current lake temps and current temps on land.
